Climate Policy Consultant
M.A. Björn Dransfeld
Björn Dransfeld holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and Economics and is involved in climate policy since 2005. His studies at the University of Hamburg focussed on environmental, climate and energy policy and the European Emissions Trading Scheme. His master-thesis focussed on the access of interest groups to EU-policy in a case study on the expansion of the EU-ETS towards aviation.
From January 2004 to December 2006 Björn Dransfeld worked as a student assistant to the Programme International Climate Policy at Hamburg Institute of International Economics under Dr. Axel Michaelowa.
At Perspectives he is primarily involved in different policy related subjects and CDM/JI consultancy projects.
