Anne-Kathrin Weber has studied in Freiburg, Madrid and Mannheim and holds a M.A. in Political Science. She has worked as a research associate and lecturer at the University of Freiburg and has gained broad research experience in the fields of international climate politics, international climate negotiations and climate finance. In her current PhD studies at the Department of Political Science at the University of Freiburg, she explores the dynamics of global forest governance with a focus on the role of the private sector. At Perspectives, Anne-Kathrin works as an analyst and research assistant.
